Sifu Stephen Watson from Clinton, CT, has dedicated over three decades to practicing and teaching Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and meditation. A gentle giant despite being a multiple-time world Push Hands champion, he carries an approachable charm. Watson’s diagnosis with colon cancer in 2022 didn’t shake his calm demeanor rooted in Taoism. He continues to practice and teach from his hospital bed, embodying the principle of Wu Wei—accepting life’s natural course without resistance.
